Can I customize the quizzes?
Yes, Enterprise subscribers can use the “Quiz Builder” to add custom questions specific to their company policies (e.g., specific gate codes or uniform requirements). Standard plans use the default vetted question bank.
How do I bulk upload drivers?
We support CSV import. Download the template from the “Drivers” tab in your dashboard. Columns required are: First Name, Last Name, Email, CDL_State. Once uploaded, the system will automatically generate invite emails.
Do you integrate with Samsara or Geotab?
Yes. We offer one-way integration where safety events (harsh braking, etc.) in your ELD system can automatically assign specific remedial training modules to the driver in GIST. Contact support to enable the API key for your account.
Are the certificates valid for insurance audits?
Absolutely. Our completion certificates include the driver’s name, timestamp, module ID, and the specific learning objectives covered. These are widely accepted by insurance underwriters as proof of a proactive safety program.
